Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- Welcoming and engaging with all Guests and being an ambassador of fun
- Understanding and managing all aspects of event packages and add-ons
- Selling, scheduling, and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday events
- Utilizing systems and programs to input sales revenue, guest information, and create follow-up tasks
- Partnering with the Sales Manager to exceed sales targets and achieve quarterly plans
- Prospecting and cold calling to develop new and repeat business
