Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in event coordination or related roles
  • Proven ability to manage complex and fast-moving executive calendars
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and coaching/education teams
  • Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs safely
  • Availability to work 10-12 weekends per year and travel as needed for event management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite and budget management
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Passion for golf, wellness, or performance training preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years in event coordination, hospitality, luxury guest services, or related client-facing roles
  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders and managing complex calendars
  • Strong proficiency in office administration, scheduling, and calendar management
  • Advanced competence in Microsoft 365 suite
  • Skilled in client communication, customer service, and professional correspondence
  • Solid understanding of project coordination, task tracking, and deadline management

Job Duties

  • Lead planning and execution of seminars, webinars, hosted experiences, and video productions
  • Manage logistics, budgets, guest communication, and onsite event services
  • Provide high-level executive calendar management and daily office operations oversight
  • Maintain polished office environment that supports brand and team productivity
  • Deliver VIP client concierge services with exceptional attention to detail
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and coaching/education teams
  • Track expenses and prepare basic financial reports to support budget management
