Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years event and program planning experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and basic IT equipment
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to lift and move furniture items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to adjust schedule frequently to include afternoons, nights, and weekends
  • Scheduled to work Tuesday through Saturday with availability until 7:00 p.m.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years event and program planning experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills including ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic IT equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Assist the lifestyle team in planning, coordinating, and implementing appropriate programs based on celebration or program topic
  • Work with community, instructors, site maintenance, and other groups to ensure quality experiences
  • Identify activities, coordinate site and instruction needs, and ensure community programs happen as scheduled
  • Help plan, lead, and motivate residents to participate in daily planned activities
  • Set-up and change room equipment based on requested set-ups from residents and activities
  • Assist with managing reservations for reservable spaces amongst different groups
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned
