Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in event coordination or similar role
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- Lead the setup and execution of events, ensuring all elements are in place and functioning as planned
- Oversee and manage event staff, providing direction and support throughout the event
- Assist with pre-event planning, including confirming staff schedules and coordinating logistics
- Supervise event operations, including welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience
- Handle post-event tasks such as cleanup, packing, and coordinating the return of materials and equipment
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
- Provide support for various on-site activities, including meet-and-greet duties and guest assistance
