Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred
- A minimum of two years of experience as an event professional
- Food and Beverage experience strongly preferred

- Displays exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to interact effectively, productively, and positively with a diverse customer and team member base
- Proven strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to walk, stand continuously to perform essential job functions
- Ability to collaborate with various internal departments and receive direction and recommendations for improvement
- Proficient in common office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom, Teams
- Experience with Tripleseat or other catering software preferred
- Maintain flexible schedule and ability to work select weekend and evening events and some holidays
- Maintain professional appearance and attire
Job Duties
- Assist in the planning and execution of various member programs, encompassing in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats
- Manage the club’s online program calendar, ensuring accuracy in descriptions and update as needed
- Communicate with guest speakers and vendor partners to coordinate successful arrival and departure from the club
- Participate in creative planning and execution of club hosted events such as Christmas Dinner, Jazz Nights and Easter Brunch
- Handle inquiries from potential clients via phone and email, providing comprehensive information about the venue and catering options
- Collaborate on event coordination, overseeing the process from scheduling to completion including conducting walk-throughs with clients and vendors and effectively communicating details to the internal Food and Beverage team
- Create and maintain Banquet Event Orders, ensuring all changes are updated
- Conduct daily inspection of all banquet rooms prior to client or member arrival to ensure all set ups and floor plans are accurate according to the banquet event orders
- Develop skills to conduct site tours for prospective clients, showcasing the venues features
- Act as the on-site Event Coordinator for both weekday and weekend events as assigned
- Assist the Senior Event Manager with tasks and events as assigned
