Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years related work experience
- strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- working knowledge of Teams, Zoom, and Webex
- familiarity with audio/visual technical set-up and requirements
- ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently
- willingness to travel 1-4 times annually to Baltimore, MD area
- ability to work on site Tuesday through Thursday weekly
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years of event coordination or related experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- working knowledge of Teams, Zoom, and Webex platforms
- understanding of audio/visual technical setups
- excellent multitasking skills
- effective communication and collaboration abilities
Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person training events
- collaborate with internal teams and external partners including state agencies and law enforcement
- manage event logistics such as venue setup, materials preparation, and audio/visual requirements
- utilize Teams, Zoom, and Webex to facilitate virtual events
- prepare and distribute conference materials like name badges and certificates
- create and maintain status reports and project plans
- assist with travel and on-site event support as needed
