Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years related work experience
  • strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • working knowledge of Teams, Zoom, and Webex
  • familiarity with audio/visual technical set-up and requirements
  • ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • willingness to travel 1-4 times annually to Baltimore, MD area
  • ability to work on site Tuesday through Thursday weekly

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years of event coordination or related experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • working knowledge of Teams, Zoom, and Webex platforms
  • understanding of audio/visual technical setups
  • excellent multitasking skills
  • effective communication and collaboration abilities

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person training events
  • collaborate with internal teams and external partners including state agencies and law enforcement
  • manage event logistics such as venue setup, materials preparation, and audio/visual requirements
  • utilize Teams, Zoom, and Webex to facilitate virtual events
  • prepare and distribute conference materials like name badges and certificates
  • create and maintain status reports and project plans
  • assist with travel and on-site event support as needed
