Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- able to work weekends and evenings based on event schedules
Job Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- experience with Google Drive and Delphi CRM is a plus
- strong written and verbal communication skills

- punctual and detail-oriented
Job Duties
- Finalize banquet event orders and communicate last-minute needs to appropriate team members
- communicate with clients and vendors both verbally and in writing to ensure exceptional event execution
- assist Banquet Services Manager with production and execution of weddings and banquets during the green season
- support Group Sales Manager with group event execution during the winter season
- assist Food and Beverage department with event delivery as needed
- attend required weekly staff meetings
- communicate event feedback to management in weekly recap meetings
