Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to make quick decisions under pressure

  • responsible for carrying out multiple tasks independently as well as collaboratively

  • exceptional relationship-building skills as the client’s liaison
  • able to work weekends and evenings based on event schedules

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • experience with Google Drive and Delphi CRM is a plus
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • exceptional relationship-building abilities
  • ability to work independently and within a team
  • professional demeanor and appearance
  • punctual and detail-oriented

Job Duties

  • Finalize banquet event orders and communicate last-minute needs to appropriate team members
  • communicate with clients and vendors both verbally and in writing to ensure exceptional event execution
  • assist Banquet Services Manager with production and execution of weddings and banquets during the green season
  • support Group Sales Manager with group event execution during the winter season
  • assist Food and Beverage department with event delivery as needed
  • attend required weekly staff meetings
  • communicate event feedback to management in weekly recap meetings
