Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in event coordination or related field
  • retail or customer service experience
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift heavy boxes and use ladders
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
  • eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • willingness to follow company policies and safety standards

  • strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills
  • retail or customer service experience

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
  • engage with clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
  • demonstrate and instruct craft project completion and perform activities like face painting
  • facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards
  • communicate event details with clients and store team members
  • complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
  • set up, break down, and clean before and after each event
