Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event coordination or planning preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Capable of standing walking and moving throughout the facility for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with noise and distractions

Job Duties
- Conceptualize plan and execute a variety of events including birthday celebrations corporate gatherings team-building activities and social events ensuring they align with guest expectations and Dave and Buster's standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for event inquiries and client communication building strong relationships and ensuring all needs and preferences are understood and addressed
- Collaborate closely with various internal teams including food and beverage gaming and operations to coordinate event logistics and ensure smooth execution
- Develop detailed event proposals contracts and timelines managing budgets effectively and ensuring all financial aspects are handled accurately
- Oversee event setup and teardown ensuring the event space is appropriately configured and all necessary resources are in place
- Proactively address any issues or challenges that may arise during an event ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution to maintain a positive guest experience
- Maintain meticulous records of event details guest interactions and financial transactions
