Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work nights and weekends
  • Experience in event coordination or hospitality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience coordinating corporate events, hospitality, or large-scale meetings
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to anticipate event needs
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and adaptable in fast-paced or high-visibility environments

Job Duties

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute large company-sponsored corporate events from concept through completion
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and on-site execution
  • Oversee scheduling, setup, operation, and teardown of the company stadium house for all games and hosted events
  • Coordinate catering, staffing, supplies, and event flow for stadium house events, including football game days
  • Provide on-site event support during company functions, which may include assisting with food and beverage service, including possible bartending responsibilities, in accordance with licensing and company policies
  • Coordinate catering, transportation, event rentals, and other event-related vendors
  • Review contracts and invoices to ensure accurate billing and budget adherence
  • Work nights and weekends, particularly during football season and key corporate events
  • Maintain a flexible schedule based on event demands
