Job Duties
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute a variety of events including birthday celebrations, corporate gatherings, team-building activities, and social events
- serve as the primary point of contact for event inquiries and client communication
- collaborate closely with food and beverage, gaming, and operations teams to coordinate event logistics
- develop detailed event proposals, contracts, and timelines while managing budgets effectively
- oversee event setup and teardown ensuring proper configuration and resource availability
- proactively address any issues or challenges during events to ensure guest satisfaction
- maintain meticulous records of event details, guest interactions, and financial transactions
- stay informed about Dave & Buster's offerings, promotions, and event packages to communicate options to clients
- seek opportunities to enhance the event experience and identify potential for repeat business
- uphold a positive and professional demeanor representing the brand
- assist other team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment
