Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in event management hospitality communications or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination
  • strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple events and meet tight deadlines
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • flexibility to work evenings weekends and travel when necessary

  • collaborate with clients to understand their event goals and requirements
  • assist in budget management and track expenses to ensure cost-efficiency
  • prepare detailed event timelines checklists and reports
  • conduct site visits and manage on-site event operations
  • ensure events comply with health safety and legal regulations
  • troubleshoot any issues that arise during planning or execution phases
  • work with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality experiences
