Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- Welcoming and engaging with all Guests while serving as an ambassador of fun
- Understanding all event packages and add-ons
- Selling, scheduling, and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday events
- Utilizing systems and programs for sales revenue input, guest information, and follow-up tasks
- Partnering with the Sales Manager to exceed sales targets and quarterly goals
- Prospecting and cold calling to foster new and repeat business
- Supporting local store marketing initiatives
- Attending and participating in weekly sales meetings
- Performing opening, mid-day and closing duties
