Job Qualifications

  • experience in event planning or coordination
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • proficiency in budgeting and contract management
  • knowledge of food and beverage or hospitality operations preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • physical stamina for standing and lifting

Job Duties

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute a variety of events including birthday celebrations, corporate gatherings, team-building activities, and social events
  • serve as the primary point of contact for event inquiries and client communication
  • collaborate with food and beverage, gaming, and operations teams to coordinate event logistics
  • develop detailed event proposals, contracts, and timelines while managing budgets
  • oversee event setup and teardown ensuring appropriate configuration and resources
  • proactively address issues or challenges during events for swift resolution
  • maintain meticulous records of event details, guest interactions, and financial transactions
