Job Requirements
- local candidates only to Mountain View, CA who are able to go onsite as needed
- experience in a high growth tech environment required
- experience with Cvent or a similar tool, basic knowledge acceptable, team can train up
- ability to travel within the US in June 2023 for an event
- two rounds of interviews planned
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years marketing experience including event marketing in a high-growth tech environment
- experience with Google Suite/Workspace and Zoom
- experience with Cvent or similar event management software basic knowledge acceptable
- excellent time management skills
- strong problem-solving ability
- proactive with ability to work independently
- excellent written communication skills
- excellent project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- ability to work both in team settings and independently
- creative and resourceful with a strong sense of initiative
Job Duties
- create purchase orders for the team
- track invoices for payment and budget reconciliation
- assist in contract reviews between the team and procurement
- provide administrative support to senior events team managers
- coordinate registration and maintain hotel rooming lists for events
- source venues for ancillary events
- assist in submitting internal work order tickets for projects within events
- manage all shipping requests from the Mountain View office
- inventory and pack shipments
- work with shipping and receiving department to complete the correct FedEx and commercial invoice documents
- ensure timely delivery to events
- receive and catalog items returning from events
- travel as required for events
- perform other duties as assigned
