Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience
- ability to interact positively with guests of all ages
- ability to handle job stress effectively
- strong communication and organizational skills
- physical ability to stand for long periods and perform lifting and moving tasks
- willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings in a retail environment
- compliance with federal, state, and local legal job requirements

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events simultaneously including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- engage with clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
- demonstrate and instruct participants on craft projects, perform face painting and other activities
- facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- communicate event details with clients and store team members
- complete administrative tasks including answering emails and phone calls
- adjust event plans based on client feedback and develop backup plans as needed
- ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- help customers shop and locate products
- provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- promote Rewards program and credit card enrollments
- educate customers on surveys
- assist with omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
- participate in truck unloading and merchandising
- maintain merchandise recovery and store cleanliness
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to SOPs and company policies
- cross-train in custom framing sales and production
- perform daily cleaning tasks
- perform other duties as assigned
