Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, or related fields
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Experience with budgeting and cost tracking
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
Job Qualifications
- Passion for the events industry
- Experience in hospitality or service
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Ability to manage budgets and forecast costs
- Experience with event planning software is a plus
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and on-call during events
Job Duties
- Ideate concepts and ideas based on direction
- Receive project tasks from Manager or VP
- Call vendors and create relationships to build our network
- Provide impeccable customer service
- Create, write up and format agendas
- Put together creative and detailed presentations as proposals
- Track and forecast cost within budgets
- Develop ROS, staffing document, employee communication
- Create and build event app documents and APP that is built into our company database
- Oversee and manage logistics for virtual and in-person events
- Work with other coordinators on projects
- Actively contribute the development to other people’s work
- Work collaboratively with internal team and other departments
- Participate in department and client project calls and in-person meetings
- Effectively analyze problems that occur and provide smart and well thought out solutions
- Travel domestically and internationally
- Work in a positive, uplifting work environment
- Work with upper management
- Work with outside production, transportation, hotel, caterer, venue and other teams
- Work and collaborate with our marketing communications, accounting, business affairs, business technology, analyst, Vice President, and other departments
