Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in event coordination or related fields
  • exceptional interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • capacity to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • clear and concise communication skills
  • ability to function in a noisy, fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute various events including birthday parties, corporate gatherings, and social occasions
  • serve as the primary point of contact for event inquiries and client communication
  • collaborate with internal teams such as food and beverage, gaming, and operations to coordinate event logistics
  • develop detailed event proposals, contracts, and timelines while managing budgets
  • oversee event setup and teardown to ensure proper configuration
  • proactively address issues during events to ensure guest satisfaction
  • maintain detailed records of events, guest interactions, and financial transactions
