Job Requirements
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor smiling frequently
- Be available to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends based on event schedules
- Effectively function in a lively fast-paced environment with potential noise and distractions
- Communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal forms
- Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds
- Move throughout the facility and remain standing for extended periods as needed
- Frequently walk or stand for the majority of your shift particularly during event execution
- Reach bend stoop and perform light cleaning tasks as necessary
Job Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in event planning or coordination preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in preparing event proposals and contracts
- Knowledge of budget management
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Customer service oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute a variety of events including birthday celebrations, corporate gatherings, team-building activities, and social events
- Serve as the primary point of contact for event inquiries and client communication
- Collaborate closely with food and beverage, gaming, and operations teams to coordinate event logistics
- Develop detailed event proposals, contracts, and timelines while managing budgets accurately
- Oversee event setup and teardown ensuring proper configuration and resource availability
- Address any issues or challenges during events to maintain a positive guest experience
- Maintain meticulous records of event details, guest interactions, and financial transactions
