Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Reliable transportation and knowledge of the local Atlanta area
- Availability to work Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., primarily 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

- Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred

- Ability to work independently as a self-starter

- Ability to build strong relationships with customers
Job Duties
- Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities including set-up, tear down, cleaning equipment and site areas, problem-solving, and ensuring high quality set-up and customer experience
- Gain competency with Fooda's technology and standard operations procedures
- Problem-solve issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication
- Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale (POS) system, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
- Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching
- Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer
- Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality
- Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve
