Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in administrative or clerical work preferred
  • Availability to work day shifts Monday through Friday
  • Food and Beverage background preferred
  • Ability to use computers and office equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift or move up to 10 pounds
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred
  • Familiarity with Food and Beverage industry preferred
  • Proficient in using office software such as word processors, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties

  • Enter and retrieve information in databases using keyboard or other input devices
  • Transmit information or documentation using computer, mail or fax
  • Operate standard office equipment besides computers
  • Draft letters, memos and documents using word processors, spreadsheets, databases or presentation software
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail including dating and distributing
  • Create and maintain filing and organizational systems both electronically and on paper
  • Collect, copy, sort and file office, business transaction and other activity records
  • Locate and enter job-related information using computer and/or point-of-sale systems
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • Attend and recognize guests, anticipate service needs and assist persons with disabilities
  • Use clear and professional language in communication
  • Prepare and review written documents accurately
  • Answer telephones with correct protocol
  • Cultivate positive working relationships and support team objectives
  • Move and handle objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • Execute other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
