Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- Welcoming and engaging with all guests as a brand ambassador of fun
- Understanding and explaining event packages and add-ons
- Selling, scheduling, and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday events
- Utilizing systems and software to input sales revenue and guest information
- Partnering with the Sales Manager to exceed sales targets and achieve quarterly plans
- Prospecting and cold calling to develop new and repeat business
- Supporting local marketing initiatives to drive walk-in and event sales
- Attending weekly sales meetings and sharing strategic ideas
- Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties
