Job Requirements

  • Prior food and beverage or retail experience
  • sales experience a plus
  • guest focused mindset

  • proficient in software such as Excel, Microsoft Office and CRM
  • effective communication with management, team members, and guests
  • availability to work days, nights and/or weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
  • welcoming and engaging with all guests as an ambassador of fun
  • understanding all aspects of event packages and add-ons
  • selling, scheduling and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday events
  • utilizing systems to input sales revenue and guest information
  • partnering with the Sales Manager to exceed sales targets
  • prospecting and cold calling to develop new and repeat business
  • supporting local marketing initiatives
  • attending weekly sales meetings
  • performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties
