Job Duties

  • Coordinate and execute events successfully for the Association
  • serve as event liaison for residents, guests, and vendors
  • develop creative event designs, secure materials, decorate, and direct logistical planning
  • maintain records of event activities including progress, status, and budget
  • answer and respond to office inquiries via phone and/or email
  • create monthly event calendars available to residents
  • produce weekly recreation newsletters
  • create necessary event layouts and slides
  • attend events to oversee activities and ensure details are administered as planned
  • address issues that arise during events and manage proper cleanup
  • secure, train, and provide guidance to volunteers
  • negotiate and contract with vendors and service providers
  • monitor delivery of goods and services to ensure contract terms are met
