Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform other tasks involving movement
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Availability to work full-time
  • Willingness to follow company policies and safety standards
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous administrative experience in a hospitality setting preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Customer service orientation
  • Bilingual skills a plus

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to multiple hotel departments including guest services, engineering, and food and beverage
  • Prepare documents using word processing software, spreadsheets, databases, or presentation tools
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales office and clients throughout the event process
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
  • Maintain professional appearance and communication at all times
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting objects under 10 pounds, standing, bending, and moving throughout the workday
