Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing less than 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to read and verify information in various formats
  • Ability to inspect tools, equipment, or machinery visually
  • Ability to reach above head and below the knees, bend, twist waist, and maneuver in tight spaces
  • Ability to move on inclined, uneven or slippery surfaces and stairs
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Ability to follow company safety procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to follow safety protocols
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods

Job Duties

  • Meet with group coordinators or hosts before the reception to review arrangements
  • Present and ensure all banquet event preparations are agreed upon
  • Review and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine setup
  • Attend to and fulfill special banquet event preparation needs
  • Follow up on all special banquet preparations to ensure compliance
  • Comply with all company safety policies and report any safety or maintenance issues
  • Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards
