- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work weekends and evenings
- basic knowledge of youth event planning
- ability to engage with children and families
- willingness to follow established event protocols
- dependable and responsible
- good physical stamina
Job Qualifications
- Extrovert personality
- enjoys working with and entertaining kids
- good communication skills
- ability to follow guidelines on how to run events
- previous experience in event planning or hosting preferred but not required
- reliable and punctual
- friendly and approachable demeanor
Job Duties
- Running youth birthday parties
- supporting Parent's Night Out youth events on Fridays and Saturdays
- supporting youth graduation parties
- organizing and facilitating misc. social events such as pool parties, picnics, park days, and BBQs
- ensuring events are fun and engaging for participants
- following established guidelines for event management
- promoting a safe and inclusive environment
