Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to remain standing for long periods
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Capability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and use ladders safely

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage clients by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- Demonstrate and instruct craft projects and other activities such as face painting
- Implement party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons
- Communicate events with clients and team members
- Complete administrative tasks including emails and paperwork
- Adjust plans and events based on client feedback
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- Help customers shop and locate products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote rewards program and credit card enrollments
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties
- Complete merchandise recovery and store maintenance
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies
- Interact respectfully and positively with others
- Cross-train in custom framing sales and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
