Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related area of study preferred
- 1-3 years professional related work experience preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic technology
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- exceptional organizational and time management skills
- must successfully pass a criminal background check
- must be highly motivated and self-directed
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Conduct on-site tours with clients
- primary point of contact for assigned meetings and events
- coordinate outside service needs with food and beverage partner and other vendors
- lead and coordinate pre-con meetings with clients
- create event documentation including floor plans, event riders, and operational details
- serve as primary liaison between client and facility departments ensuring accurate setup and implementation of necessary changes
- act as Manager on Duty for scheduled events ensuring successful event execution
- prepare event estimates and invoices for assigned events
- assist with special projects and major events as needed
- perform various administrative tasks and other duties as assigned
