Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role with a portfolio of successful events
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- Collaborate with clients to establish event themes, designs, and formats that resonate with target audiences
- Oversee the selection of venues and vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance
- Conduct site visits and manage on-site logistics to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently
