Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in event coordination or marketing
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to recruit, hire and train staff
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Research and find events and shows within our assigned territory
  • Negotiate contracts with the event vendors
  • Book an annual calendar of events and shows
  • Recruit, hire and train event demonstrators
  • Schedule demonstrators to work events
  • Coordinate booth and display set-up and tear down
  • Set appointments for a free in-home consultation at the events and shows
  • Collect contest entries
  • Follow up on the contest entries and schedule them for a free in-home consultation
  • Measure and report results
