Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in events coordination or related hospitality roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while supporting and promoting company values
- Performing responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures
- Ensuring all promotions and events are communicated property-wide via MOD updates, individual department updates, BEO updates, and department meeting agendas
- Maintaining and building relationships with internal and external departments, agencies, and vendors
- Conceptualizing special events and promotions including vision board creation and supply ordering
- Ensuring all special event and promotional rules are written and properly submitted by due dates
- Assisting with gift sourcing and purchasing
- Managing marketing inventory upon arrival, post-event, and for ongoing storage needs
- Securing accommodation and transportation for vendors and entertainment
- Assisting with other department events such as entertainment and promotions
- Securing invoices post-event as needed
