Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting items up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and stretch for extended periods
  • follow company policies and procedures
  • maintain professional appearance and communication
  • ability to support a team environment
  • willingness to perform reasonable additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior administrative experience preferred
  • proficiency in office software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
  • knowledge of hospitality industry standards is a plus

Job Duties

  • provide administrative support to multiple departments including guest services, engineering, and food and beverage
  • prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
  • serve as liaison between the sales office and clients before, during, and after events
  • ensure a safe work environment by adhering to company policies
  • maintain professionalism in appearance, communication, and work ethic
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees and departments
  • perform physical tasks such as lifting items under 10 pounds and active standing, walking, bending, twisting, and stretching
