Job Requirements
- Ability to remain standing for long periods
- ability to move throughout the store
- capability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
- ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders or equipment
- must be able to work nights, weekends, and early mornings

- ability to perform operational retail tasks such as truck unloading and stocking
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience
- experience working with children and organizing children’s events
- excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and nonverbal communication
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- creative problem-solving abilities
- ability to engage and interact positively with customers and team members of all ages
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- demonstrate and instruct participants in craft projects and party activities such as face painting
- facilitate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- communicate event details with clients and store team members
- complete administrative tasks such as answering emails, making phone calls, and filing paperwork
- adjust event plans based on client feedback and needs
- create and implement backup or emergency plans when needed
- ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards by setting up, breaking down, and cleaning before and after events
- help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
- provide fast and friendly checkout experiences
- engage customers in Rewards program and private label credit card enrollments
- educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store
- participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Company policies
- interact with others respectfully and promote company values
- cross-trained in custom framing selling and production
- participate in daily store cleanliness activities
