Job Requirements
- Ability to remain standing for long periods
- ability to move throughout the store
- capability for regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders
- willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- compliance with federal, state, and local legal employment requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience working with children and children's events
- retail or customer service experience
- excellent written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- engage with clients of all ages by fostering an environment of fun and creativity
- demonstrate and instruct participants in craft projects and face painting
- facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons
- communicate event details with clients and store team members
- complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- adjust events based on client feedback
- create backup or emergency plans for events
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards before and after events
- help customers shop and locate products
- provide fast and friendly checkout experiences
- promote and enroll customers in Rewards programs and Private Label Credit Cards
- educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS
- participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram procedures
- complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- interact positively and respectfully with customers and team members
- cross-train in custom framing selling and production
- participate in daily store cleanliness activities
