Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to remain standing for long periods
- ability to move throughout the store and perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- capability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders
- effective communication skills
- must satisfy federal, state, and local legal employment requirements

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- engage guests of all ages creating a fun and creative environment
- demonstrate and instruct craft projects and perform activities like face painting
- facilitate party add-ons following company standards
- communicate event details with clients and team members
- complete administrative tasks such as emails, calls, and paperwork
- adjust event plans based on client feedback
- create backup or emergency plans for events
- ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- help customers shop and locate products
- provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and credit cards
- educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and Ship from Store
- participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance
- perform merchandise recovery and store optimization duties
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to SOPs and company policies
- maintain positive and respectful interactions
- cross-train in custom framing selling and production
- participate in store cleanliness activities
