Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or related discipline
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • 2 years of event coordination experience preferred
  • Knowledge or experience with catering software such as CaterEase, Toast TripleSeat or Curate preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
  • OLCC Alcohol Service Permit and Oregon Food Handlers Card required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
  • Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or related discipline
  • 2 years of event coordination experience preferred
  • Knowledge or experience with catering software such as CaterEase, Toast TripleSeat or Curate preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and efficient in managing multiple projects
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Positive demeanor and genuine hospitality

Job Duties

  • Assist the event management operations with event planning update
  • Collect menu selections, guest counts, and event details and document for accuracy
  • Coordinate rentals, seating charts, and timelines
  • Communicate with vendors for assigned events
  • Prepare event packets and internal documents
  • Provide onsite coverage for select events or schedule overlaps
  • Cover time off for other event team staff and add additional support during high-volume weeks and seasonal surges
