Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- Welcoming and engaging with guests as an ambassador of fun
- Understanding event packages and add-ons
- Selling, scheduling, and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday events
- Utilizing systems to input sales revenue and guest information
- Partnering with the Sales Manager to exceed sales targets
- Prospecting and cold calling to develop new business
- Supporting local store marketing initiatives
- Attending weekly sales meetings
- Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties
