Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year university
- 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of facility management principles, services, and equipment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and general office equipment
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and interact with all levels of staff and clients

Job Duties
- Meets with clients and their liaisons to plan and organize event logistics
- Coordinates activities with the various service contractors for events
- Guides clients in the preparation of events by interpreting and explaining contract provisions, policies, and procedures
- Keeps clients informed as to status of deadline schedules including floor plan submissions, meeting room set-up, insurance requirements and other details
- Makes check requests and event related purchases
- Provides clear and timely communications of detailed requirements to Operations personnel
- Assists in scheduling operational set-ups and supervises facility set-up when necessary
- Serves as primary liaison between clients and facility departments
- Monitors in-house events maintaining contact with clients and facility staff to ensure success
- Follows-up on client requests, concerns, and problems
- Attends planning, organization, and event meetings in support of facility operations
