Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in administrative support or related hospitality industry roles
- proficiency with computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
- ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
- capability to follow company protocols related to safety and quality
- physical ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds
- willingness to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- adherence to professional appearance standards
- ability to listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns

Job Duties
- provide administrative support such as preparing documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
- serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors
- act as liaison between the Sales Office and clients during pre-event, event, and post-event processes
- maintain smooth operations across hotel departments such as Guest Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage
- uphold workplace safety by reporting accidents and unsafe conditions
- follow company policies and procedures to maintain quality standards
- perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
