- Proven ability to manage event logistics and vendor relationships
- Strong communication skills with clients and team members

Job Duties
- Assist in the development, planning, and execution of events of various scales and formats
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, budgets, and vendor communications to ensure smooth operations
- Support onsite event management, including setup, guest coordination, and breakdown
- Prepare event materials such as schedules, layouts, and briefing documents
- Maintain clear communication with clients and internal departments throughout the event lifecycle
- Identify potential issues and propose solutions to ensure successful event delivery
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and uphold the company’s quality standards
