Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children and children’s events
- Retail or customer service experience
- Excellent people skills and ability to handle job stress
- Good communication skills including written, verbal, and listening
- Organizational and interpersonal skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of crafts and event facilitation preferred
Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage clients of all ages by creating fun and creative environments
- Demonstrate and instruct craft projects and perform activities such as face painting
- Facilitate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons to company standards
- Communicate event details with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and create emergency backup plans
- Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards before and after events
- Help customers shop and locate products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Engage customers about Rewards programs and credit card enrollments
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys
- Assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store and Ship From Store processes
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram tasks
- Complete merchandise recovery and store maintenance
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- Interact with others respectfully and promote organizational values
- Cross train in custom framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
