Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, business administration, or related field
- minimum of 2 years experience in event coordination or planning
- proficient with event management software and Microsoft Office
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- ability to lift equipment up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of corporate and private events
- coordinate event logistics including scheduling, vendor communication, venue requirements, and client updates
- prepare timelines, checklists, and event documentation to ensure each project stays on track
- support on-site event operations, ensuring smooth flow and prompt issue resolution
- collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of quality and professionalism
