Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, business administration, or related field
  • minimum of 2 years experience in event coordination or planning
  • proficient with event management software and Microsoft Office
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • ability to lift equipment up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of corporate and private events
  • coordinate event logistics including scheduling, vendor communication, venue requirements, and client updates

  • support on-site event operations, ensuring smooth flow and prompt issue resolution
  • collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of quality and professionalism
