Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees including bending and twisting
  • Compliance with company safety and security policies
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • Meet group coordinator and host(ess) prior to functions to make introductions and ensure arrangements are agreeable
  • Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine setup and timeline
  • Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
  • Follow up to ensure compliance with event arrangements
  • Adhere to company safety and security policies and report any accidents or unsafe conditions
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance and protect company assets
  • Welcome guests according to company standards and anticipate their service needs
