Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Plan and manage logistics for events including meetings, conferences, and special functions
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
  • Develop detailed event timelines, floor plans, and task lists
  • Monitor event budgets and provide post-event reporting
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate on-site event setup and breakdown
  • Manage event registration processes and communicate with attendees
  • Ensure all permits, insurance, and compliance requirements are met
  • Respond to client needs promptly and professionally
