Job Requirements

  • education in event management or related field preferred
  • prior experience in event coordination or similar role
  • ability to work full-time on-site in Louisville, KY
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficiency in project management tools and software
  • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Duties

  • assist with planning, logistics, and day-of coordination for corporate and branded events
  • manage event timelines, materials, checklists, and execution plans to ensure smooth operations
  • coordinate with vendors, venue staff, and internal teams to support event setup and breakdown
  • ensure all event components align with brand standards and client expectations
  • prepare and organize event documentation, schedules, and briefing materials
  • monitor onsite operations, providing support wherever needed to guarantee success
  • conduct post-event evaluations and contribute to process improvements
