Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 4 years of related work experience including event services
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings late evenings weekends and holidays as determined by event schedule
- Ability to move about the venue for extended periods of time including up and downstairs
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with general office PC applications including word processing spreadsheets and databases
- Ability to adapt to changes in work environment and management competing demands frequent changes delays or unexpected events
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Serve as primary contact for clients of assigned events assisting in development and conceptualization of show needs
- Keep clients informed of deadline schedules including floor plan submissions facility setup specifications insurance requirements and other relevant details
- Provide support and coordination for event operations including hospitality events in compliance with expectations of the event clients production and facility management
- Communicate event needs clearly concisely and timely to staff including compiling and distributing detailed production notes and attending planning organization and other meetings
- Develop CAD drawings for ticketed events in conjunction with Box Office and production teams
- Manage maintain and organize files and reports containing all pertinent event information
- Guide clients in event preparation by interpreting and explaining contract provisions and venue policies and procedures
- Follow up on all client requests concerns and problems for assigned events
- Perform other duties as assigned
