Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • CPR and AED certified
  • Ability to travel as required

  • Extensive knowledge of all club activities and promotions preferred
  • Excellent customer service and promotional skills preferred
  • Ability to build relationships with members preferred

Job Duties

  • Coordinates Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors
  • Delivers desired event results by providing documentation and reporting specific event measurables
  • Provides project management support for club event marketing campaigns
  • Engages with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs
  • Supports adult sports programming including Squash, Racquetball, Pickleball, and UHoops
  • Assists in enhancing member retention through exceptional service
  • Communicates effectively with members to build relationships and encourage participation
