Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in event management meeting planning marketing business communications theater or related field or equivalent experience
  • 1-2+ years of experience in event coordination production project coordination or similar role internships accepted
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and timelines
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Excel Word Outlook and presentation tools PowerPoint Keynote
  • detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through
  • ability to work effectively in fast-paced deadline-driven environments

Job Duties

  • Coordinate assigned tasks across multiple workstreams ensuring deadlines are met
  • maintain planning documents production files schedules trackers routing grids and approval logs
  • prepare meeting notes distribute updates and route information to stakeholders
  • support operational workflows for production logistics and creative teams
  • assist communication with vendors exhibitors cross-functional teams and internal partners
  • track deliverables and ensure accurate timely documentation and approvals
  • support onsite operations including load-in rehearsals event days and event strike
