Job Duties
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- welcome and engage with all guests as an ambassador of fun
- understand all aspects of event packages and add-ons
- sell, schedule and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events
- utilize systems and programs to input sales revenue, guest information, and create follow up tasks
- partner with sales manager to exceed sales targets and achieve quarterly sales plans
- prospect and cold call to develop ongoing relationships for new and repeat business
